About the HelpDesk

Student answering phone at the CIT HelpdeskThe CIT HelpDesk is the place to visit for password changes, printer accounting questions, and campus technology questions. The HelpDesk also offers carry-in computer support for all Geneseo students that removes viruses and other malicious software and assists with connecting to the Geneseo campus network (you do not need to bring your computer to our office before you connect in your room).

For more information about the services available from the CIT HelpDesk or other technology questions, stop by the HelpDesk in South Hall 225A (Monday-Friday), call 245-5588, send an email to helpdesk@geneseo.edu or submit a request in our online system (https://rt.geneseo.edu). During office hours, you can even send an Instant Message to CITGeneseo.
